maybe its my careless-ness or whatever, I FORGOT MY SCH WEBSITE LOG IN PASSWORD!!!

and thing is, since we are studying an overseas degree, like for instance, UK, we have to log into their bloody websites. and then, now, i forgot my password, they lead me to another website.

whereby i can give them my student id or whatever user id then i can reset, THEN!!!! SOMETHING SHITTY MUST HAPPEN. they didn't allow me to move on to next because I DID NOT SET MY SECRET QNS OR WHATEVER.

then, the next thing, they prompted me to go to the ehelpdesk website directly if i do not have a secret qns. THEN, when i reached that website, THEY WANT ME TO LOG IN TO ENQUIRE ANY SHIT.

what la???????????? if i remember my password, do i want to even come to the stupid ehelpdesk?? somemore you ask me come here if i no secret qns THEN you ask for my login and pass.

IS THIS A JOKE OR WHAT?

and, they say i can call directly too. CALL HUH??? UK NUMBER, I CALL HUH?

just because lao niang studies under a UK school, we overseas students cannot directly use email for ehelpdesk BUT MUST CALL TO UK AH????

seriously, i don't know why my password is wrong. i've tried so many times that my account is now temporary suspended. i've contacted my coordinator, SO HOPE HE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT although the mistake of my BLOODY NAME from THE STUPID UK UNI, he can't do much things also.

can you believe it, the bloody school actually spelt my name, TAN CHI HUI AS TAN CHI HOI because apparently, they 'cannot recognise/ read chinese names' ninabeh.

tan chi hui this name very hard to recognise? why don't you say your school is such a stupid careless school to spell lao niang's name wrongly?
