hello, am in the office now.

yes, i have joined twitter like a few days ago because fat cow keeps telling about it. even oil farm joined it too. don't know what's the point of it la but just pretend to act cool and follow trend only.

maybe i can follow obama via twitter. ok, i shall do it now.

these few days have been running around the government sectors, banks and some other legal whatsoever thing.

seriously, if you've never been through all these law shit thing, you would never know, the world is really SOOOOOOOOOOO BIG with so many different jobs, stuffs you must do.

and you know how a will and trustee company charges you? if the person passed away and they do their will for the family right, they charge a 1-2% of the whole property the deceased has you know.

initially i thought it was a very small percentage, but lets calculate, if the total assets is $10,000, then 1% is $1k and 2% is $2k. therefore the asset left for the family is no longer 10,000. fucking expensive right.

all these legal firms are earning like mad. maybe in future if i have the capital, i also can do all these legal firms. its almost like a monopolistic business you know. i mean, we cannot do our own will without these legal firms approval and shits.

thinking of the money we have to give them is kinda ^&*%&^$^%#$#. 1%-2% you know, YOU KNOW. very big damage.

and do note, in future if you ever do your will, don't ever put your executor as the will & trustee company's name because that means whatever things that the deceased member's stuffs, the company is in charged and even the family members cannot sign or do anything because the will stated the company as the executor. SO, MUST NOTE THIS POINT. everything must go through the damn company, even small issues. and of course, more ka-chings for them.

but hor, it is still important to do your will because you wouldn't want the government to take away your assets instead of inheriting to your family right?

and if can afford, buy as much insurances as possibles. of course buy relavant kind la.

anyway, when i get back sg, i am going to get my new phone, the long awaited e63/e71. pondered between both but decided to get the former one since its cheaper and e71 is a tad too sophisticated for my normal usage. can't wait to trade in the stupid phone.

and to register for driving lessons. now i'm thinking whether to take private or school alr cuz tan meiyean told me there's no such things like take private girls harder to pass cuz her friend 1 time also can pass.

i think this kind of things depends on individual. damn sian la!

lastly, a printer + scanner 2 in 1. very important.

and now, i think i should stop staying in my own comfort zone and step out of it to know more people and be exposed to the world.

i mean, in the past, being with the girls and the other closer friends is more than enough for me because those are the people i can have fun with. but now, i feel that we should know more people of anywhere instead of restrict to our own friends. then i can be exposed and learn more things for my beneficial. should stop staying in the comfort zone and refuse to know more people.

am taking the first step out. but still, the very close people are still the very close people. no matter what.
