i think i know quite well this song is not gonna happen to me in any ways because my love is not 'strong' enough to 'get you home'. who knows, you may even run away instead of coming home.
i know this sounds funny. but i think i don't have the ability for something like this to happen at all because i just, well, don't have the ability.
what have i gave through these periods?
tons of grumbling, whining and complaining
tons of harsh hurtful words
tons of annoyance towards the different points of views
tons of 'fighting for explanations' of my stands
tons of cranky, grumpy and short tempered
tons of too many negative things
i failed to show the opposite of all these. or, in the first place, i don't even have them.
so then tell me, who am i to tell you, 'no matter what hardships you're facing, my love will get you home.'?
even if i did, you probably wouldn't even want to. because you know.
as you think about what have i done for you, you probably can't find more than 5 of them.
this is how lousy i am.
yet if i ask myself this, i probably can never finish telling you all of them.
i am sorry you happen to have a lousy girlfriend who doesn't even have the faith and confidence to say, 'no matter whatever hardships, my love will get you home.'
but i know i will still try.
